Mail-in: If you would like to mail in your Membership money, please print out this form and mail it to the Harrisonburg Tennis Patrons, P.O. Box 1972, Harrisonburg, VA. 22801.  Make check payable to the Harrisonburg Tennis Patrons.  If you have any questions, please email us at htptennis@gmail.com.

If you are interested in paying for a 2 year membership, you will have to pay by mailing in this application form.  You can only get a one year membership if you pay online.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

Family members, which includes children 18 & under living at home or children 22 & under who are in college.  

 $30.00 for one year or $55.00 for two years  

Adult members- 19 years and over    $20.00 for one year or $35.00 for two years

Junior members- 18 and under           $10.00 for one year or $18.00 for two years 

Senior members- 65 and older            $17.00 for one year or $30.00 for two years 

Patron Membership                              $50.00 (includes single membership plus donation)

Patron Plus Membership                         $100.00 (includes family membership plus donation)

Corporate Sponsorship                            $150.00 (includes a family membership)

Patron Membership includes a single membership and donated money will go into a special fund to help pay court time for Thursday Night Pick-Up Play and Sunday Socials at the Doug Will Tennis Center and also help with Eastover Tennis Courts improvements.

Patron Plus Membership includes a family membership and donated money will go into a special fund to help pay court time for Thursday Night Pick-Up Play and Sunday Socials at the Doug Will Tennis Center and also help with Eastover Tennis Courts improvements.

Corporate Sponsorship are a business that includes a family membership and advertisments in all our mailings, website, Tounaments and emails.  Money is used to cover expensies, mailings, prizes, etc., needed to run events.  A banner or other type of advertisement can be displayed at our tournament.

The membership cost is for all new and current members who renew before March 31, 2025.  The membership will go up $5.00 after April 1st for anyone who has been a member of the HTP unless it has been over 1 year. 

A new member can join any time of the year.  Discounts for new members:  If you are a new member who joins between October - December, the fees will be Family $15.00; Adult $10.00; Senior $8.00; Junior $5.00.  If you are a new member who joins from January - March 2025, the membership fees will go toward membership for 2025 through March 31, 2026.
