In 2011 the Harrisonburg Tennis Patrons donated $100.00 in the name of Howard Davis to the Make a Wish Foundation. Howard past away in 2011 to cancer. Howard was a long time member of HTP, and huge tennis enthusiast. Past President, Pamela Simmons Holmes presented the donation to his wife Hope Davis and their daughter Amanda Davis.
