Building Healthy Hearts Through Tennis, Movement & Community

🎾 T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis introduces youth, families, and community members to heart-healthy movement through beginner-friendly Red Ball Tennis experiences designed to be active, welcoming, and fun for all skill levels.

Through Rally Days, Side-by-Side Tennis sessions, Cardio Tennis, and team-based experiences, participants are encouraged to stay active, build confidence, and connect with others in a supportive community environment.

Using modified courts, age-appropriate equipment, and game-based instruction, participants experience early success while developing coordination, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game. Whether someone is picking up a racquet for the first time, rallying with family members, or participating in community events, each experience is designed to make movement approachable and engaging.

As part of the Heart Strong Initiative, our programs also promote heart health awareness, CPR/AED education, and youth leadership development, helping participants build healthy habits while strengthening community connection and preparedness.

Through movement and shared experiences, T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis is building healthy hearts and prepared communities.

🎾 OUR PROGRAMS AND EVENTS

❤️ Heart Strong Red Ball Rally Days

Community-centered events that introduce youth, families, and new players to tennis through fun, active, and beginner-friendly experiences.

Rally Days combine Red Ball Tennis, movement-based games, Cardio Tennis activations, and heart health awareness in an energetic and welcoming environment designed for all skill levels. These events are built to remove barriers, encourage movement, and help participants experience success from the very first rally.

As part of the Heart Strong Initiative, Rally Days promote healthy hearts through active play, connection, and community engagement.


⭐ Tennis 101 – Beginner Foundations

Beginner-friendly pop-up tennis classes designed for both youth and adults who are new to the game.

Through structured, game-based instruction, participants learn foundational skills including rallying, serving basics, movement patterns, and coordination in a welcoming, low-pressure environment. Sessions are intentionally designed to help players experience success early while building confidence and enjoyment of the game.

Tennis 101 serves as an accessible entry point into T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis programming, including Rally Days, Side-by-Side Tennis, and future on-court experiences.

Separate classes may be offered for youth and adults depending on the session format. No prior experience required. Equipment provided.


🤝🏾 Side-by-Side Tennis – Adult + Youth Team Play

A shared tennis experience designed for one youth (ages 6–14) and a trusted adult partner.

Using a beginner-friendly doubles format, Side-by-Side Tennis encourages families and mentors to learn, move, and grow together on the court. Participants build rally skills, movement, communication, and confidence through fun, supportive activities designed for all experience levels.

The program promotes heart-healthy movement while strengthening connection, encouragement, and shared achievement between youth and adults.


❤️ Cardio Tennis

A high-energy, music-driven tennis fitness experience designed to keep participants moving in a fun and welcoming environment.

Cardio Tennis combines tennis-based movement, group activities, and continuous engagement to promote heart-healthy activity for teens and adults of all skill levels. Sessions focus on movement, energy, and community rather than competition, making it easy for beginners to jump in and participate.

As part of the Heart Strong Initiative, Cardio Tennis encourages participants to stay active while building consistency, confidence, and connection through movement.


🍃 Mindful Tennis – Movement & Mental Wellness

A resilience-centered program that integrates tennis fundamentals with intentional mental wellness practices.

Participants build focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and self-awareness through movement, breathwork, rhythm exercises, and guided reflection. Mindful Tennis supports both on-court development and personal growth.

Offered in 1:1 and small group formats.


👟 Game Changers – Youth Leadership Program

Grades 9–12 | No cost to participate

Game Changers empowers high school students to serve as youth leaders within T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis and the Heart Strong Initiative.

Participants support Red Ball Rally Days, Side-by-Side sessions, and community events while developing leadership, mentorship, communication, and teamwork skills. Teens gain hands-on experience, community service hours, and opportunities to grow as positive role models in an uplifting, purpose-driven environment.

No tennis experience required.
