Welcome to T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis—where fitness meets fun and tennis becomes a tool for growth, health, and community. This summer, we’re thrilled to offer a dynamic lineup of Cardio Tennis programs designed for all ages and skill levels, from youth to adults, and even families. Our sessions are accessible, energizing, and focused on fun, with no tennis experience required!

Whether you're looking to get in shape, have fun, or introduce your kids to the sport of tennis, our Cardio Tennis programs are a great way to get moving while making lasting memories.

📅 Program Overview

All Cardio Tennis sessions are 45 minutes long, and we offer a range of schedules throughout the week to fit your needs. Each session combines fitness-based drills, tennis-themed games, and high-energy movement to help you improve endurance, coordination, and agility, all while having a blast!

🧒 T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Sparks (Ages 5-10)

  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM

  • 💰 $35 per session

  • A fun, beginner-friendly introduction to fitness, movement, and tennis-inspired drills. Kids will work on agility, coordination, and teamwork while getting a heart-pumping workout in a safe, supportive environment.

👦🏽 T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Trailblazers (Ages 11-17)

  • Mondays: 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM

  • 💰 $35 per session

  • Tailored for teens looking to stay active and have fun. This session focuses on cardio-based drills and team-oriented games, with a special emphasis on fitness, building confidence, and making new friends. It’s all about fitness, movement, and fun—no tennis skills required!

🧍‍♂️ T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Torchbearers (Adults)

  • Wednesdays: 7:30 PM – 8:15 PM

  • 💰 $35 per session

  • For adults who want to stay active in a supportive, high-energy environment. These sessions combine cardio drills with simple tennis movements, making it a great workout for beginners or anyone looking to add variety to their fitness routine.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tribes (Families)

  • Fridays: 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM

  • 💰 $75 per family (up to 4 members) per session

  • A unique family bonding experience that encourages parents and kids to work out together! These sessions focus on cardio, fitness, and teamwork through tennis-inspired drills that are easy for everyone to participate in. It’s a great way for families to stay active, laugh, and create lasting memories.
