At T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis, our mission is to inspire and empower youth through fun, engaging tennis experiences that build confidence, character, and connection. We make the game accessible, energizing, and welcoming for youth and families of all ages and abilities. From beginner-friendly Red Ball programs to team play, mentoring tournaments, and summer experiences, every offering is designed to spark joy, develop skills, and strengthen relationships.
No prior tennis experience is needed. Come ready to move, learn, and have fun.
π Program Overview
Session Length: Most sessions run 30–45 minutes
Schedule: Programs are offered throughout the year on select weekdays, weekends, and during the summer. Final dates and locations are posted as they are confirmed.
Program Format:
Each session blends tennis skill development, game-based learning, and movement-focused activities that improve coordination, agility, and endurance while keeping play fun and engaging. Most youth programs use the beginner-friendly USTA Red Ball Tennis format, featuring smaller courts, lower nets, and slower balls to support learning and confidence for new players.

β Tennis 101 – Red Ball Youth Program (Ages 7–11)
Tennis 101 is a fun, encouraging introduction to the game designed specifically for beginner youth players. Using the USTA Red Ball format, participants learn foundational skills such as rallying, serving, movement, and teamwork through playful, game-based activities. The program emphasizes confidence building, coordination, and positive social interaction in a supportive environment.
This program also serves as a natural stepping stone for continued growth, preparing players to confidently participate in our USTA Team Challenge and other team-based play opportunities.
π USTA / Net Generation Team Challenge
The USTA Team Challenge is a team-based tennis experience that introduces youth to friendly competition in a low-pressure, supportive setting. Players participate in skill development, team activities, and short-form matches designed to teach scoring, match play, and sportsmanship. The emphasis is on teamwork, confidence, and learning how competition works in a fun and encouraging environment.
π Red Ball Championship Event
A high-energy, mentoring-centered doubles celebration for adult–youth teams
Red Ball Championship Day is a one-day doubles celebration that pairs youth players ages 10 and under with a trusted adult teammate such as a parent, relative, or community mentor. Through shared matches and spirited competition, teams build stronger connections while developing and applying tennis skills together. The event highlights encouragement, teamwork, sportsmanship, and joy!
π T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Summer Tennis Programs
Our summer tennis programs provide engaging opportunities for youth to stay active, build skills, and enjoy tennis in a welcoming, community-centered environment. Programs are beginner-friendly and use age-appropriate equipment, modified courts, and game-based instruction.
Summer offerings include:
Red Ball Summer Tennis Camp – A week-long instructional camp featuring skill development, movement-based games, and supervised match play designed to build confidence, coordination, and sportsmanship.
Pop-Up & Play Tennis Sessions – Single-day tennis experiences that offer a low-pressure introduction to the sport. These sessions focus on basic instruction, free play, and friendly games and are ideal for summer camps, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and other youth group or enrichment programs.
π Mindful Tennis
A movement-based resilience coaching experience for youth
Mindful Tennis supports youth who may be experiencing stress, low confidence, anxiety, or challenges with emotional regulation. Using tennis as a structured movement tool, these trauma-informed sessions teach coping skills, focus, and emotional strength. Sessions may include Red or Yellow Ball drills, movement-based mindfulness activities, and guided reflection.
Format: One-on-one or small group sessions
Availability: Offered on select dates at local courts
π T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Game Changers – Youth Leadership Program
Grades 9–12 | No cost to participate
Game Changers is a youth leadership program that equips high school students with real-world skills in service, teamwork, and mentoring. Participants assist with Red Ball programs, receive leadership development and training, and earn community service hours in a positive, supportive environment. No prior tennis experience is required.
π«±π½π«²πΎ Volunteer With Us
We welcome coaches, mentors, and volunteers who want to serve their community through tennis. Volunteer roles include on-court assistants, adult partners for Side by Side events, youth mentors, and event support. Some roles may require brief training and a background check.
