From inclusive adaptive tennis to mindfulness-based coaching and mentoring leagues, every session is designed to spark joy, build skills, and strengthen connections. Session Length: Most sessions run for 30β45 minutes.

Format: Each session combines tennis skill development, game-based learning, and movement-focused activities that improve coordination, agility, and endurance while keeping play fun and engaging. All programs use the beginner-friendly USTA Red Ball Tennis format: smaller courts, lower nets, and slower balls, to make learning approachable for beginners and youth of all abilities.

π Mindful Tennis
A movement-based resilience coaching experience for youth
Mindful Tennis supports youth facing stress, low confidence, anxiety, or emotional regulation challenges. Using the structure of tennis, these trauma-informed sessions teach coping skills, focus, and emotional strength. Led by coaches with training in tennis, mental health, and wellness, each session includes Red or Yellow Ball drills, movement-based mindfulness, and guided reflection.
Format: 1:1 or small group sessions.
Availability: Offered on select dates at local courts. Final dates and locations posted soon.

π T.R.A.I.L.B.L.A.Z.E.R.S. Adaptive Tennis Program
An inclusive, ability-affirming tennis experience for youth with intellectual disabilities
T.R.A.I.L.B.L.A.Z.E.R.S. empowers youth ages 7β17 through movement, connection, and joy. Built on the USTA Red Ball Tennis format and led by trained volunteers, this welcoming program uses visual supports, predictable routines, and character-based coaching to create a safe space for beginner players. Sessions emphasize motor skills, social play, and confidence while honoring each childβs needs. Participants attend alongside a parent, caregiver, or trained partner for 1:1 support.
Groups are typically organized by age (for example 7β11 and 12β17) to meet developmental needs.
π€ Side by Side Tennis League
A mentoring-based doubles league for adult-youth pairs
Side by Side pairs youth with a caring adult mentor such as a parent, relative, coach, or community volunteer, to strengthen relationships through shared play, skill building, and friendly competition. Weekly sessions focus on encouragement, teamwork, and game-based learning so mentors and mentees can learn together and grow closer through tennis. No prior tennis experience is required for mentors. The season caps with league play and a championship tournament!
π T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Game Changers β Youth Leadership Program
Grades 9β12 | No cost to participate
High school students are invited to become Game Changers, a youth leadership program that builds real-world skills in service, teamwork, and mentoring. Teens help lead Red Ball sessions for younger players, receive leadership training, and earn community service hours in a positive environment. No tennis experience required, just a willingness to serve and lead.
π«±π½βπ«²πΎ Volunteer With Us
We welcome coaches, mentors, and volunteers who want to serve their community. Volunteer roles include on-court assistants, mentors for Side by Side, adaptive program partners, and event support. Volunteers may be asked to complete a brief training and background check depending on the role. If you have a heart to serve, weβd love to hear from you.
