We’re not your traditional tennis club. Our focus is on Cardio Tennis—a fast-paced, music-driven experience that blends movement, fun, and simple tennis drills in a way that’s accessible for every age and skill level. Whether you're 5 or 55, brand new to tennis or just looking for a unique workout, our sessions are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving.

Mission-Driven: Rooted in love, service, and community, our programming uplifts every participant through encouragement and purpose.
Fitness First: Our Cardio Tennis sessions prioritize movement, not mastery. You don’t need to be a tennis player to have fun and get fit with us!
Accessible for All: Through our "Tennis for All" initiatives, we provide free or low-cost programs and equipment so cost is never a barrier to participation.
No Formalities—Just Energy & Joy: These are not traditional tennis clinics. While we incorporate tennis-themed drills, the primary goal is to move, sweat, and smile.
Community-Centered: Our sessions create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels encouraged and motivated.
💪 Current Summer Offerings
Our 2025 summer Cardio Tennis programs are organized by age and group type, so there’s something for everyone! All sessions are 45 minutes long and take place on designated days throughout the summer, beginning after our Annual “Hit to Be Fit” Community Kickoff Event on Saturday, May 10.
🧒 T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Sparks
Ages 5–10 | Saturdays | 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM
💰 $35 per participant, per session
Let your little ones burn off energy, build coordination, and have a blast with age-appropriate tennis-inspired movement games. These fun, upbeat sessions introduce kids to fitness in a safe and inclusive environment using Red Balls and short courts.
👦🏽 T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Trailblazers
Ages 11–17 | Mondays | 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM
💰 $35 per participant, per session
Perfect for teens who want to get active in a fun, encouraging setting. These sessions blend cardio drills, agility games, and simple rally activities to help participants build endurance, coordination, and confidence—all to a lively soundtrack and team-based fun.
🧍♂️ T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Torchbearers
Adults | Wednesdays | 7:30 PM – 8:15 PM
💰 $35 per participant, per session
These adult-only sessions are high-energy, low-pressure, and 100% beginner-friendly. Get your heart rate up with music-fueled drills and circuits using modified tennis equipment. No racquet skills required—just come ready to move and enjoy a powerful, feel-good workout.
👨👩👧👦 T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tribes
Families (Up to 4 members) | Fridays | 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM
💰 $75 per family (up to 4), per session
Looking for a unique and active way to bond as a family? Tribes brings all ages together for laughter, teamwork, and cardio-fueled tennis play. These sessions encourage families to move, connect, and grow together—on and off the court.
📌 How to Join
All participants must register and pay for each session in advance online through the USTA portal, or in person upon arrival. Space is limited for each session to ensure a quality experience for all participants.
📅 Exact summer dates and locations are coming soon! Most sessions will be held at local courts, including Clover Hill High School.
🫱🏽🫲🏾 Volunteer With Us!
We’re also looking for high school tennis players and community members to support our sessions as volunteers! Volunteers can assist with court setup, lead stations, and earn community service hours. It’s a great way to give back, stay active, and inspire the next generation.
