Be the Leader You Wish You Had 🎾

The Game Changers Leadership Program is a hands-on volunteer and leadership experience for high school students who want to make a real impact through tennis.

This program is for teens who are ready to step up, not just to earn service hours, but to lead, support younger players, and help create fun, welcoming tennis environments. Game Changers work directly with coaches and youth participants during programs and community events, building confidence, communication skills, and leadership experience along the way.

You’re not watching from the sidelines. You’re shaping the experience.

What Game Changers Do

Game Changers are leaders in action. Volunteers:

  • Bring positive energy and a ready-to-help mindset

  • Support coaches with games, drills, and group activities

  • Encourage younger players and help them feel confident on the court

  • Work alongside peers and adult mentors as part of a team

  • Lead by example through sportsmanship, responsibility, and enthusiasm

Every session offers a chance to grow as a leader while making a difference for others.
