If severe weather or heavy rain is expected or the courts are extremely wet due to earlier rain, the day’s session will be cancelled for safety reasons.  A decision to cancel will be made up to 2 hours before a session starts.  Cancellation notices will be sent by email or text if cancellation is short-notice. 

Beach Haven, Ship Bottom, Waretown, and Ocean Acres camps have a rain day of Friday of the same week if an entire day of camp is cancelled.

For Harvey Cedars and other locations, as needed, efforts will be made to make-up time in some way (extending a different day if possible, joining a session another week, etc).   A 50% refund will be made only if more than half of a camp week is cancelled due to weather.
