New Pro Announcement

Mark Allen joins us as our new tennis pro and coach, bringing a wealth of experience from playing and teaching tennis around the globe. With a background that includes coaching the Nansemond-Suffolk Boys Tennis Team and participating in international tennis tours, Mark is a valuable addition.

Mark is excited to offer private lessons and clinics tailored to players of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, in tennis and pickleball. He is pursuing his official pickleball coaching certification to serve our community better.

Save the Date: Spring Cleanup Day

We plan for Saturday, March 23rd, to be our volunteer spring cleanup day at Cypress Cove Country Club (CCCC). Stay tuned for more details!

Reminder: Southampton Academy Girls Tennis

A quick reminder that the Southampton Academy (SA) girls tennis team will be practicing and holding home matches on the tennis courts at Cypress Cove Country Club (CCCC) this spring. WTTA will share the schedule once it's finalized. Please be aware that the tennis pro has first priority for programs and lessons, while the SA girls have priority court usage on weekdays from approximately 3:30-5 pm and during their home match days.

Franklin Adult Tennis

Ladies Night (Tuesdays)

Ladies Night offers a social round-robin experience every Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Participation in each 6-week session costs $30. Registration Link 

Guys' Group (Saturdays)

Intermediate to advanced doubles play on Saturday mornings. Competitive women are also welcome. A $5 fee/week applies. For more information, reply to this email.

Spring Social

We plan to kick off the clay court tennis season and outdoor pickleball with a Spring Tennis and Pickleball Social on Sunday, April 7th. Stay tuned for more details!

 

Suffolk Adult Tennis

Classes will begin on Tuesdays in late March. More details to follow!

 

Franklin Pickleball

Pickleball Open Play

Open play sessions are typically on Wednesdays at 9:30 am, Thursdays evenings, and Saturdays at 10:30 am. Sign-ups are via Team Reach. Find more details at this link.
