HCTA's Vision

1. To bring all County tennis players and/or enthusiasts together within our membership.
2. To have all County residents aware of our Organization and it's programs.
3. To offer competitive and recreational tennis opportunities for both Adults and Juniors.
4. To promote tennis education within the County and offer community outreach as needed.
5. To be the premier CTA in Maryland.
