HCTA Purpose
- To promote tennis in Harford County by bringing enthusiasts together to play.
- To help under-resourced county youth learn valuable life skills.
- To help promote public and private places of education.
- To maintain liaison with the Harford County Government, keeping them aware of the tennis situation within the county.
- To operate as a Sec. 501c (3) organization.
