2023/2024 HCTA Men's Singles Ladder- organizing now
This ladder will be open to 3.0-4.5 players and allow for flexible scheduling with your opponents.

2023/2024 Mixed Doubles and Ladies Doubles Ladders - preparing to start play soon!
The mixed doubles and ladies doubles ladders are preparing to start again for the 2023-2024 year.
If interested and Kim has NOT already e-mailed you about the ladders, please reach out to her at kfleming@lfbalaw.com.
These ladders are open to all levels and allow for flexible scheduling with your opponents.
If you need a partner you can let Kim know that too and she will TRY to find you a partner – no guarantee though so please do your best to find your own partner.

ERTC Membership
Emmorton Tennis Membership is not an HCTA requirement. Completing the Emmorton Tennis Form will not be a requirement for current Emmorton Tennis members going forward. Only NEW Emmorton Tennis Members will be required to complete the form.
Stay Active Videos
Try this activity at home or on the court to work on hand-eye coordination and control. To make it more challenging, try spreading your arms out wider or letting the ball bounce higher. Try to see how many you can get in 30 seconds.
No court to play on at home? No problem! Make your own net at home using regular items from around the house. Get creative, but make sure to ask for permission from your parent or guardian before using!
Edgies works on your grips, specifically a continental grip. Using your racquet with a continental grip, try and see how many times you can hit the ball using the outer edge of your racquet. You got this!
