If there are enough players, we will have a TWO Team that are both 3.0. We would separate the team by parnter groups.

Next Steps for League Registration

1. Register yourself on the USTA Website. You will have to self-rank. Just follow the prompts and the system will update
2. You can click on this link and register for the USTA Net Crashers 40+ Team USTA Leagues.
3. Once the survey deadline has passed, the Captain will request the team #'s from DTA.org.
4. Captain will then send via text and email the team # for you to register for the team via the USTA Website. Registration for USTA annual is separate from League Registration.
5. Join Free LT Member Match Play whenever noted in the GroupMe or organize your own. Use the Calendar feature. Sign up in GroupMe or text April to be added to GroupMe. If you are NOT a LT Member, we will have to have someone use a buddy pass for you. 
6. Watch the FNC GroupMe Calendar for the Official season Kick Off Social Tennis Hour that happens 2 weeks before the season starts. Please sign up in GroupMe.

Helpful Extra Details

1. DTA.org League Information Link
2. We will receive the Season's schedule via TennisLink. 
3. Each league plays on two differen days. Players can pick a day or play on both. You can play on multiple teams for 3.0 if they are are on different days or different levels. 
4. 3.0 Ranked Player can play on 3.5 teams, but NOT vice versus. 
5. Non-Lifetime Members - can not attend Free Match Play at Lifetime without using a members buddy pass. Non-Lifetime Members can attendy ANY coach drill (a drill with a charge). Other coached drills vary and will be noted in GroupMe or available via the Lifetime App/ Classes. Call LT to reserve your spot at (469)476-3991.
6. We will schedule Free Match-Play at Lakes for non-Lifetime and Lakes members.
7. Weather - we will cancelled any drills or match play a minimum of 1 hour before if needed. We will have to follow league rules for season games. 
8. 2025 USTA Dallas 40 & Over ADULT League fee: $38.00 (including $3.00 active.com fee)
9. Season games will be scheduled between 10:00am and 2:00pm. This will be based on players schedule.
10. We will discuss with each player their preferred partners for doubles format prior to seasons start. 

11. Scoring: 2024 USTA Dallas Rules and Regulations:

    7A. All local league matches, and local league championship matches will be played using the best of two sets criteria, conventional scoring, with a Coman set tiebreak (the first to 7 by 2) at 6 games all and a Coman match tiebreak (the first to 10 by 2) in the event of split sets.  In the Coman tiebreak players change ends of the court after the 1st point, the 5th point, the 9th point, the 13th point, etc…
