Dear Frisco Net Crashers,

We have decided to put together a Lifetime Conditioning Series before our season starts. We tried a bootcamp, but LT wanted 20+ players per day. Most of these classes are already included at $0 in your Lifetime Membership. Non-members can buddy up with someone if they would like to go and Cardio Tennis is open to non-members at $25 flat fee.

• Tue 1/9 Upper RX 9:15 am – 10 am $0 members
• Wed 1/10 Barbell Strength 10:15 am – 11 am $0 members, GTX 11 am - 12 noon $0
• Thu 1/11 FLOW (Heated) Yoga 9:30 am – 10:30 am $0 members. 
• Fri 1/12 AMP Sculpt (Spin) 9:30 am – 10:15 am (join the waitlist if you want) $0 members
• Sat 1/13 Mixed Cardio Tennis 9 am – 10 am $22.50 both member and non-members AND 10-11:30am w Coach Lowe @ The Lakes $ is based on # of players. GTX @ Lifetime 10-11am $0 members
• Sun 1/14 10:30 am – 12 pm Tennis 3.0 Mixed Drill $32.50/each. Pot Luck Kick off Party 12noon - 2pm

Women's 40+ Friday & Sunday League Season Kick Off Pot Luck Party

• Date Sunday January 14, 2024
• Time 12 noon - 2 pm (after the Mixed Drill for anyone attending)
• Theme: Team Colors and smiles
• There will be games, prizes and photobooth.
• Food: feel free bring anything that does not need to be heated on site. Or feel free to just bring your smile.
