You can cancel a court at anytime, even after the court booking. The refund policy is that you will get a full refund as long as the court is cancelled 6 hours prior to the court booking. You will not get a refund if the court booking is cancelled after this time. Please check the weather and cancel in advance.

We encourage you to cancel the court if you are unable to play, to allow others to make use of the court time.

Below are steps to cancel a court booking.

Step 1: To cancel a court booking, you will need to log into the website.

Step 2: In the top right corner of the page, click the Profile Icon and select yourself or the person under whom you booked the court. Then choose Profile. 

Step 3: From this page, select My Court Bookings and click on the Cancel button. 

A pop up will appear. Click Yes to proceed.

The court will then be cancelled. If you had paid and the court was cancelled within the refund window, it will automatically refund and show on this screen. 

NOTE: clicking on the date of the court booking will open a new box, showing the details of the court booking, including your pin number for the booking.

You will receive an email confirming your court cancellation.
