Step 1: To book a court, click on your desired booking slot on the booking sheet. 

Please Note: You are able to view the booking sheet by Day View, Court View and via the calendar.

Step 2: After clicking on the booking slot that you wish to book, the following overlay will appear. You can edit the duration of the booking by clicking on the drop down. Then click Continue Court Booking. 

Step 3: If you are not already signed in to USTA log in , you will now be prompted to do so. If you do not have a USTA account, you can Sign Up for a free USTA account, either with social media (Apple or Facebook) or email and password. 

It will then prompt you to agree to the terms and conditions. T&Cs

Step 4: You will then be taken to the confirmation screen. Here you will see a breakdown of any fees that your venue may charge, such as court fees or guest fees and can make your payment. If you are happy click 'Confirm and pay'.


Once you have confirmed, the confirmation screen will show below, with your pin number. This will also be emailed to you for reference. You will need this pin number to access the courts on the day of.
