Reminders:

Please Do NOT reschedule matches or any part of a match for "convenience" reasons. Only in dire emergency...car wreck, death of an immediate family member. This should RARELY happen. That is why you have extra payers on the team.

Be responsible for the noise and behavior of you team's spectators.

Once match is finished....Record score on the computer within 48 hours.

If scores are reported incorrectly, email League Coordinator immediately (with your match number) so the scores can be corrected.

If there is a SEVERE WEATHER WARNING declared by the National Weather Service within one hour of the scheduled start time in the county where you are scheduled to play the match will automatically be postponed.

It is the responsibility of the home captain to let the visiting captain know if there is inclement weather or the courts are wet or not playable.

All matches should be made up within 2 weeks of the last scheduled match. If that does not happen, The League Coordinator will schedule the match.

Players may be added to the roster by midnight the day before the first scheduled matches of your division.
