Coach Shelby is the Tennis Host at Lifestyle Fitness & Tennis in Mayodan, NC, welcoming new and prospective members to our 2 indoor courts and connecting them to the greater western Rockingham County tennis community. LF&T is our only racket sports club in Rockingham County with 2 indoor tennis courts and 6 indoor pickleball courts.

Shelby coordinates daytime adult doubles league, hosts after school Family Red Ball and Rally Games like Loboton®, and assists LF&T in planning and publicizing tennis programs and events. She has a NTRP of 3.5 and is available as a hitting partner and red ball coach for youth and adults.
