The Western Tidewater Tennis Association (WTTA) is holding our annual Tennis & Pickleball Palooza Tournament on Saturday, September 16th, at the Cypress Cove Country Club.

This is our 7th annual fundraising tournament to keep tennis and pickleball alive and growing in Western Tidewater. We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, relying on donations, memberships, league fees, and grants to fund our programs. This event is our way of reaching out to the community to share what we do and ask for support.

There are several ways to get involved:

Soliciting Sponsors

Support by donating your time to get sponsors, and if the monetary donation OR a gift donation amount is over, the following apply:

• $300-$599: Choice of (1): Entry into Palooza tournament or VIP pass
• $600-$999: Choice of (2): Entry into Palooza tournament, VIP pass, or 1-hour lesson
• $1000-above: Choice of (3): Entry into Palooza tournament, VIP pass, or 1-hour lesson

To assist with this, email us at wtta.tennis@gmail.com, your contacts, so we don't duplicate efforts, and we will also send key information (printed materials and scripts) to help you with soliciting sponsors.

Sponsorship Support

Sponsor the event via a tax-deductible monetary donation OR a gift donation for our silent auction. 

All sponsors will have their name/s advertised on event marketing materials and a 70-foot banner displayed for the calendar year on the façade at the Cypress Cove courts. If the donation amount is $300 and above, the following also apply:

• $300-$599: Choice of (1): Entry into Palooza tournament or VIP pass
• $600-$999: Choice of (2): Entry into Palooza tournament, VIP pass, or 1-hour lesson
• $1000-above: 2 x 4-foot banner displayed at Cypress Cove AND choice of (3): Entry into Palooza tournament, VIP pass, or 1-hour lesson
