Mindful Tennis for Experienced Players is designed for youth who already have a foundation in tennis and want to integrate mental resilience training into their development. These sessions go beyond traditional instruction, offering a unique blend of movement, mentorship, and mindset coaching that supports emotional and mental well-being alongside physical fitness.
Through guided activities and intentional practice, players build skills such as focus, emotional regulation, and perseverance, tools that enhance both on-court performance and everyday life.
Our Mindful Tennis Sessions offer a positive, supportive environment where youth can stay active, sharpen their awareness, and connect with peers and coaches.
