Mindful Tennis by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. offers a unique coaching experience that combines movement, mentorship, and mental wellness for youth through the sport of tennis. This wellness-centered program is designed to help young people strengthen their emotional, mental, and physical health. It is not a traditional tennis lesson, but rather an experience where youth can build focus and confidence, learn to regulate stress and emotions, strengthen resilience and perseverance, stay active in a fun environment, and connect with peers and a caring adult coach.
Our program uses tennis as a tool to explore personal growth and well-being in a non-clinical, approachable way. Tennis is a powerful teaching tool for life skills because it builds self-awareness and focus, teaches resilience, offers structure without intensity, and moves the body while calming the mind.
