Daily Structure

Monday to Friday

    • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Early Drop-off Activities (Board games, reading, and stretching)

    • 9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Welcome & Warm-up (Icebreakers, dynamic stretching)

    • 9:15 AM - 10:45 AM: Tennis Fundamentals (Stroke techniques, footwork)

      • Group A (Ages 4-7)

      • Group B (Ages 8-10)

      • Group C (Ages 11-13)

      • Group D (Ages 14-17)

    • 10:45 AM - 11:00 AM: Snack Break

    • 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Multi-Sport Session (Soccer, basketball, swimming - rotating daily)

    • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch & Leisure Time (Free play, rest)

    • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Tennis Match Play & Strategy (Singles and doubles games, scoring, tactics)

    • 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM: Break & Snack

    • 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM: Cross-Training (Conditioning, agility drills, yoga for athletes)

    • 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Aftercare Option (Quiet games, crafts related to sports, tennis quiz and fun facts)
