Monday to Friday
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Early Drop-off Activities (Board games, reading, and stretching)
9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Welcome & Warm-up (Icebreakers, dynamic stretching)
9:15 AM - 10:45 AM: Tennis Fundamentals (Stroke techniques, footwork)
Group A (Ages 4-7)
Group B (Ages 8-10)
Group C (Ages 11-13)
Group D (Ages 14-17)
10:45 AM - 11:00 AM: Snack Break
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Multi-Sport Session (Soccer, basketball, swimming - rotating daily)
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch & Leisure Time (Free play, rest)
1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Tennis Match Play & Strategy (Singles and doubles games, scoring, tactics)
3:00 PM - 3:15 PM: Break & Snack
3:15 PM - 4:00 PM: Cross-Training (Conditioning, agility drills, yoga for athletes)
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Aftercare Option (Quiet games, crafts related to sports, tennis quiz and fun facts)
