Rhythm & Rally – Tennis and Music for Individuals with Autism

Rhythm & Rally is an inclusive program that blends equal time in tennis and music to support individuals of all ages with autism. Tennis builds coordination, focus, and motor skills, while music enhances rhythm, emotional expression, and sensory regulation. Together, they create a structured, engaging space that promotes social interaction, confidence, and self-awareness. Activities include music-based warm-ups, tennis drills with rhythmic cues, and movement games that combine racket skills with beats. This unique approach helps individuals of all ages connect, express, and thrive through play.

Target Age Group:
For all ages diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Every Wednesday and Friday
Group Sessions: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Private & Semi-private sessions: 7:00pm - 9:00pm (Book in advance for 1-hr session)
