Family Biz Builder is a non-profit organization that focuses on youth development. Created back in 2014, the executive director, Peggie Henderson, wanted to give back to her hometown. She stated, "The mindset of the individuals in Tunica, is the same, old way. They think the same way." After realizing that, Peggie decided to create Family Biz Builder to help the youth develop a growth mindset. 

With Henderson's passion at the helm, the organization’s growth has also been aided in a tangible way since 2018 through the USTA Southern Blueprint for Success program, a collaborative effort between the USTA Foundation, USTA Southern and the Southern Tennis Foundation.

This capacity-building program provides financial, management and technical assistance to selected NJTLs to help expand their influence and impact in their communities.

Family Biz Builder is a National Junior Tennis Learning Organization (NJTL).

The USTA/National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) network is a nation-wide group of community tennis organizations seeking to develop the character of young people through tennis and education.

Family Biz Builder's short-term goal is to inspire kids and families to learn to play the game of tennis at home. The long-term goal is to make tennis a household sport.
