Middle School and High School Tennis
The Evansville Tennis Center offers programs and classes for players of all stages of development and experience. Players will learn a variety of essetial skills to further their development for the upcoming school season. Players who participate in the ECTA Middle School League receive a 10% discount when they sign up for a session during season. High school players are elegible for team discounts when they sign up with teammates from the same school. This program has helped produce several players who have competed in the IHSAA state finals, and have gone on to play college tennis.
Quickstart (Ages 11-15):
This class is for the beginner player 11-15 years of age. Juniors will learn the basics of all tennis strokes with fun drills to spark interest. Coaches may use a combination of low compression green balls, and yellow balls. This class is partnered with the YMCA. Middle School Development (Ages 11-14):
This program aims to continue to develop the middle school player into a competitive varsity player. Time will be devoted to consistency, stroke production, use of spin, singles and doubles strategies. Players often pursue local tournaments and participate in match play at ETC.

Private Team Practices:
Highschool coaches and teams have the ability to set up a custom private class with a staff member, that would remain closed to only players on the specific high school team. Please contact a staff coach for more information on dates, availability and pricing.
