From Syracuse:  690 West toward Auburn to Route 5 West.  CFL is about 10 minutes on the right side of the road after passing through Elbridge, NY.

From Rochester:  Thruway (Interstate 90) East to Weedsport (Exit 40).  Take Route 34 in Weedsport to Route 12B toward Auburn.  Turn right on Route 5.  CFL is about 12 minutes after exiting the Thruway and will be on the right side of the road.

From Binghamton:  Interstate 81 North to Syracuse, 690 West toward Auburn, then Route 5.  CFL will be on the right side of the road.

From Ithaca:  Route 34 N toward Auburn, then Grant Ave east toward CFL, which will be on the left side of the road.  CFL is about 55 minutes from downtown Ithaca.
