Drill and Play is a 2-Hour class with feeding drills, semi-cooperative drop-hit exercises, cooperative live-ball hitting, and point-play patters. Discover feel and timing of ball striking through a progressive system of isolation, visualization and body awareness. Learn from video and still-frame analysis, and point play charting.
Experienced players learn consistent rallying through cpecific challenges assigned to each individual. Controlled pressure, remaining steady, Exicuting combinations, and closing out the points.
Theme Of The Day and our “Play-to-Learn” philosophy, gets players developing abilities, use teamwork and cooperation which form bonds of friendship and group pride.
