You can cancel a court at anytime, event after the court booking. The refund policy is that you will get a full refund as long as the court is cancelled 4 hours prior to the court booking. You will not get a refund if the court booking is canceled after this time. Please check the weather and cancel in advance. 

We encourage you to cancel the court if you are unable to play, to allow others to make use of the court time. 

Below are steps to cancel a court booking. 

Step 1: To cancel a court booking, you will need to log into the website.

Step 2: In the top right corner of the page click the Profile Icon and select you or the person whom you booked the court under. Choose Profile. 

Step 3: From this page, select My Court Bookings

Step 4: Click on Cancel button next to the court booking you wish to cancel.

A pop up will appear, click Yes to proceed.

The court will then be cancelled

NOTE: clicking on the date of the court booking will open a new box, showing the details of the court booking, including your pin number for the booking. 

You will receive an email confirming your court cancelation.
