The Grove Community Church exists to see people Being Changed by God, to Reach All People. We believe that sports can be a strategic bridge with our community. Our leagues not only help our church community connect and grow in their relationships with each other but also help people outside the church get connected to our community in an engaging and active environment. This connection can be a first step in learning about Christ.

Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, and we love the community aspect it creates. In 2022, we began looking into how we could build a few courts on our campus for our church and community to use. After a few bids, we quickly realized that the cost to build them was simply too big. One of our pastors was talking about the idea of building courts with a few church members. They loved the idea and began brainstorming how it could happen. Before we knew it, the puzzle pieces started to fall into place. Church member after church member, through personal donations and connections, funded almost the entire project. God has a way of making sure the things He wants done get done. Construction of 4 pickleball courts was completed in March of 2023 and with it's completion, the pickleball ministry of The Grove Community Church was born.
