- Adult Summer League: July 1 - September 30 (Deadline to register & pay fees is June 25)

If you click on Paper Form please print, complete and mail the registration and a check to the TAGS address at the bottom of the paper form. Late applications are still accepted after the deadlines above, with a $10 late fee. Late fees apply to registrations that rare received on time but remain unpaid on the deadline as well.
