We are training and hiring USTA officials and court monitors. If you have every wanted to inquire about officiating, now is the time. You can work as a monitor or use those hours to become certified. Certified officials are paid at a higher rate, but also have more training and education from USTA. Minimum age is 16 to begin. Just send usa an email to get started.

In addition to officials, we are also wanting to hire more Tournament Desk workers, those who actually run a site and handle match administration. This position requires knowing how to use the software (we train you) how to read a draw and basic understanding of how tournaements work. If you have played some tournaments, then you know.

Pay rates:

Court Monitor $13-15.00 hour depending on experience

USTA officials $18-20 hour

Site Worker $15 hour
