All results count towards your UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) WTN (World Tennis Number Rating),  USTA Eastern Adult Tennis Ranking, and  NTRP Rating

Draw Type- Round Robin with playoffs.  Exact format will be based on number of participants.  Expect 3-5 hours for all divisions.  

Matches will be played on 3 indoor hard courts/4 outdoor hard courts

Men Guaranteed 24+ games with good weather.

Women Guaranteed 16+ games with good weather.

Men & Women Guaranteed 16+ games wih inclement weather.

All divisions start Saturday at 3pm and finish around 8pm if not later if lots of players or inclement weather

There are divisions for every level from beginner to advanced.  

Men's & Women's Singles Open Division: Any Juniors or Adults at any skill level can participate in the Open Division: mostly for UTR 3.0-10.0 level for Men and UTR 2.0-6.0 level for Women

Men's and Women's Singles NTRP 2.5 Division- Players that have a NTRP rating of 2.0 or 2.5 can play in the NTRP 2.5 Division

Men's and Women's Singles NTRP 3.0 Division- Players that have a NTRP rating of 3.0 or 2.5 can play in the NTRP 3.0 Division

Men's and Women's Singles NTRP 3.5 Division- Players that have a NTRP rating of 3.5 or 3.0 can play in the NTRP 3.5 Division

Men's and Women's Singles NTRP 4.0 Division- Players that have a NTRP rating of 4.0 or 3.5 can play in the NTRP 4.0 Division

Men's and Women's Singles NTRP 4.5 Division- Players that have a NTRP rating of 4.0 or 4.5 can play in the NTRP 4.5 Division

Men's and Women's Singles NTRP 5.0 Division- Players that have a NTRP rating of 4.5 or 5.0 can play in the NTRP 5.0 Division

Selection- First come first serve

Tournament Weather Policy-

The Day of the tournament before you leave please check this page for changes (delays or cancellations for your division) due to weather.  You will also be notified via text/email as soon as there is a change in your start times.  We have 3 indoor courts and 4 outdoor courts which will be used.  If there is a potential for rain or if it rains some divisions will run indoors while other divisions will be delayed or canceled since there are limited indoor courts.  We have indoor courts until 10pm so be prepared to play and start later if your division start time is delayed.  Women and NTRP divisions have priority over Men's Open Divisions.

Qualifications to 2024 NTRP National Championships

Tournament results in USTA NTRP tournaments count towards a player's NTRP rating and increases a player's chance to qualify for the USTA NTRP National Championships.  Click here to learn more about the NTRP National Championships.

If you are new to playing in usta tournaments.  Here are the instructions below to get started. 

1. You first need to create a usta account.  https://activenetwork.my.salesforce-sites.com/usta/articles/en_US/Article/Non-Member-Account-Creation

2. You will then have to get a usta membership https://www.usta.com/en/home/membership/all-plans.html

3. If you are playing in a NTRP rating event by level for example 2.5 NTRP level or 3.0 NTRP level which are for beginner tournament players then you will need to self rate to get a NTRP rating by filling out a self rate questionaire.  https://customercare.usta.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403667545364-NTRP-Self-Rate-Instructions

4. You can now sign up for usta tournament events/divisions.
