Our Mission:

To support, develop and promote the game of tennis in the interests of healthful recreation and physical fitness within the communities of the Shenandoah Valley. To encourage, coordinate and conduct competitions open to players without regard to race, creed, color, or national origin and under the best conditions possible so as to effectively promote the game of tennis among the general public; and to generally encourage through tennis the development of health, character, and responsible citizenship. 

What we are all about:

The Shenandoah Valley Tennis Association (SVTA) is an organization formed by local tennis facilities, tennis players, and program coordinators to provide tennis opportunities to everyone in our community.  As a USTA-sponsored Community Tennis Association, the SVTA is committed to starting, growing, and spreading tennis programs and events to all tennis players.
