USTA JUNIOR TEAM TENNIS INTEREST FORM
Complete this quick form if you are interested in participating in our USTA Junior Team Tennis Teams for Fall 2025. All interested players must complete to be considered(even returning players)
FALL JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
Cost: $1,000
Fall Season runs from September 6 – December 21 Includes all Saturday and Sunday activities as described below:
• Saturday Clinics (1.5 hours) – Intermediate (11:00 am – 12:30 pm) or Advanced (12:30 pm – 2:00 pm)
Players attend the clinic that matches their level
$45 value per clinic
• USTA Team Tennis Matches – approximately 6 per season
Most scheduled on Sunday afternoons; occasionally on Saturday
$350 value for the season
• Sunday Match Player Practice (2 hours)
Every Sunday except when a team has a scheduled match
Non-team players: Match Player Practice every Sunday
$50 value per session
Note: Season length varies with weather, holidays, and court scheduling, with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 16 weekends of programming.
Total Estimated Value: $1,500 – $1,800 (Offered as a full membership for $1,000)
MISSION STATEMENT:
Founded in 2017, the Santa Monica Tennis Collective is a 501C-3 youth-focused non-profit organization dedicated to fostering an inclusive, affordable, and high-quality tennis community in Santa Monica. We strive to make tennis accessible to all, offering individual and group instruction for players ages 6 and up, regardless of financial barriers.
Our comprehensive offerings include clinics, community classes, CREST after-school programs, USTA tournaments, UTR match play, and flex leagues. As part of our commitment to inclusivity, we also provide free programming for underserved and at-risk youth through partnerships with the City of Santa Monica and the Police Activity League.
We are dedicated to excellence in instruction, delivered by USPTA-certified coaches and NCAA players, and to developing the next generation of tennis professionals through certified training programs and internships.
