- Registration and payment must be complete before a student can participate.
- Payments are made by credit card only. We do not accept cash or checks.
- If a class is full, you may request to be added to the wait list. If/when space becomes available, the student will be notified and registration can be made.
- Students can join after the first class if space allows at an increased per class fee.
- Coaches will have a student roster on-site. Check with your coach that your name is on the roster before participating. Your coach will establish his/her own method of communication to notify you in case of rain cancellation (email/text/phone call).
REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS
- Refund requests must be emailed to: email@example.com.
- A full refund will be given if registrants email the request 6 days prior to the first day of the class otherwise a $5.00 service fee is charged for each changed, transferred or cancelled registration.
