An incorporated, geographically defined, non-profit, volunteer-based tennis organization that supports and provides programs which promote and develop the growth of tennis through its three local CTAs: Brownsville Tennis Association Harlingen Area Tennis Association and South Texas Community Tennis Association

The entire Rio Grande Valley will have access to the sport of tennis.
