Susan Nardi is a highly accomplished and visionary tennis professional whose coaching expertise spans all levels—from 10 & under beginners to junior development, collegiate athletes, adaptive players, and professionals competing on the WTA and ITF circuits. With a career defined by her passion for innovation and inclusion, Susan has earned recognition as one of the most respected figures in tennis education and coaching.

A Proven Track Record

Susan’s impressive roster of players includes coaching WTA professionals Christina Papadaki and Veronika Miroshinchenko, ITF Pro Wheelchair Player Laura Goodkind, and countless collegiate athletes. Her adaptive coaching approach has also supported players in wheelchair tennis, individuals with autism, and participants in Special Olympics programs. Her ability to connect with players at every level makes her a sought-after mentor across the tennis world.

Leadership and Advocacy

Susan is the Chair of the RSPA Women’s Task Force and a founding board member of Women Coaching Racquet Sports. She tirelessly advocates for the advancement of women in tennis and works to expand opportunities for underserved communities.

Innovative Junior Development

As a certified tennis professional, Susan specializes in crafting innovative programs that ignite a passion for tennis in young players. Her company, Mommy, Daddy and Me Tennis, creates dynamic training videos and equips clubs with the tools and curriculum to develop successful 10 & under programs. Her methods lay a strong foundation for children while making the sport fun and engaging.
