About Us
The Orindawoods Tennis Club is an excellent tennis facility. We are located in Orinda, California, just 25 minutes east of San Francisco. The Club features seven championship courts, plus a pro shop, locker room, and pool.

3/1/26 Reservation Rules Update: Reservations can be made up to seven days in advance. To make a reservation a week in advance, reservations for that day start at 8 a.m. For a reservation up to six days in advance, you can make that at any time. Example, if I want to reserve next Tuesday at 11 a.m., I can make that reservation starting at 8 a.m. this Tuesday. If I wanted to make a reservation for the next day, I can do that at any time. Reservations are for 30, 60 or 90 minutes, except the ball machine (only 30 or 60 minutes). You may have 3 active reservations in a week-long period. When you use one, you can make another the next day. No back-to-back reservations (even by different people) for the same players. Pickleball reservations must be made using the "pickleball" tab at the top. There are 4 pickleball reservations avaiable at one time. There is no pickleball reservtion between 9-10:30am, every day.

Court Lights: You can turn the lights on using the Timer on the fence by the gate to court #2. Lights operate between 4:30 and 9:30 p.m. & 6:00 -8:00 a.m. in the morning. Our LED lights are awesome!
Spa is CLOSED for the season. Pool is CLOSED. The pool is CLOSED until May 2026.
Memberships: the Club is almost full (there are a couple of spots), we will have a waiting list if we reach capacity. Fill out a membership application to join. Submit to Keith. keith@orindawoodstennis.com There is some turn over each month.
League Matches are posted on the court scheduler. This school year:
BALL Leagues play on some Mondays and Fridays, September through the beginning of May:
2/20, 2/23, 3/16, 4/3, 4/17 matches start at 10, courts 4-7
USTA teams: 40AW5.0: 3/1, 3/8, 3/14; 2pm start, cts. 4, 6&7.
Check court scheduler for court availability, there can be make-ups.
Hit and Fit Tennis Workout Classes:
The cost is $20/class. You can drop-in, but register by e-mailing Keith directly, and he'll have a TRX station set up for you. (keith@orindawoodstennis.com):
- Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Fridays, 11:30-1 p.m.
Drop-In Tennis Clinics (members only):
- Women's Clinic: Tuesdays 9:30-10:30. $10
- Men's Clinic: Thursdays 9:30-10:30. $10
Pickleball Courts:
There are two ways to reserve pickleball:
- No pickleball 9-10:30 a.m. each morning. Heavy tennis usuage time.
- After 6 p.m. (4pm Sat/Sun), Court One is pickleball only and there are four pickleball reservation spots on the court scheduler. Sign up for one of 4 courts.
- Court One can be reserved for pickleball or tennis all day (except no pickleball from 9-10:30 a.m.). Simply reserve Court One. If you let Keith know you've reserved for pickleball, he can mark it as "pickleball" and other people will know and can use one of the other pickleball courts.

Ball Machine Club:
Our yearly Ball Machine Club runs from March to March, $110 for the year of unlimited use (when the court is available). Sign up with Keith or Erik. Start practicing today!
Reindeer Games / Holiday Party:
Our Holiday Party is in early December. Usually Reindeer Games 1-3 p.m., Holiday Party at Woodhall 3:30-5:30. Cost is $20 / person. Register with Keith (keith@orindawoodstennis.com)
Monday Team Tennis:
Our Monday Night Social Tennis League runs May-August each year. MTT will start in May 2026 and runs through mid August. Sign up by contacting keith@orindawoodstennis.com. $80 for members. Play every Monday evening, 6-8 pm with dinner to follow, thru mid August.
Twilight Tennis BBQs 2025
Cost is $25/person. Two hours of social tennis followed by Kinder's filet mignon or double chicken breast, plus the fixin's. Contact Keith keith@orindawoodstennis.com to sign up, or click on the event in on the Club Calendar. The dates for 2026 to be determined.
