Why tennis?
Tennis is an all-encompassing sport that improves an athlete's mental and physical health. Tennis is often overlooked as a mental sport but it actually improves your brain function, decreasing your chances of having anxiety, depression and stress. It also improves your aerobic capacities, while improving your hand-eye coordination. Playing tennis also helps athletes improves their form of communication and teaches players how to work together.
