Waiver Notice: Mitch Toboyek Tennis Ventures has a waiver for acknowledgment. This will be included as part of online activity sign-ups; however, it will also apply to all association with Mitchell Toboyek or Mitch Toboyek Tennis Ventures even if no online sign-up is needed for a certain activity, (for example, tennis lessons).
