Frequently Asked Questions

Question - How do I register for a tennis clinic on this new website?

Answer - Watch this tutorial for directions on how to register for a tennis clinic on Enterprise Tennis Association's website. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=De3VPt6h0ow&ab_channel=EnterpriseTennis)

Question - Who are the “employees” of the Enterprise Tennis Association?

Answer - Contrary to what appears to be a popular misconception, there are NO EMPLOYEES of the Enterprise Tennis Association or Wiregrass Tennis Association.  Everyone you might see on the courts are Volunteers or Instructors/Professionals.  These are paid from Clinic and Lesson income – there is NO PAYROLL – the Association is a 501-c-3, Not-for-Profit corporation.

Question - Why are courts reserved for ETA clinics and private lessons?

Answer – As a part of the agreement with the City of Enterprise, ETA furnishes the Department of Parks and Recreation with a schedule of Clinics, and, when possible, a schedule of Private Lesson times.  The upper courts, Courts 1 and 2, are primarily reserved, and utilized.  If only one court is required, the ETA instructor is under direction to allow players seeking court use to allow use, PROVIDED the use will not disrupt the Clinic or put the children at risk.

Question - “I am a tennis instructor – can I work with the ETA?”

Answer – ABSOLUTELY – ETA is always on the look out for additional instructors, especially those with college and/or professional experience, or ones who have USTA, USPTA or other professional affiliation.  Contact ETA at enterprisetennis2012@gmail.com.

Question - “I would like to be involved as a volunteer – what do I need to do?”

Answer – Like almost every other organization around today, ETA always needs help.  When we REALLY need help is when we do tournaments, and there are too many tasks for too few people.  However, if you have skills like social media, graphic arts, marketing, and communication – WE NEED YOU!  Contact ETA at enterprisetennis2012@gmail.com.
