Sunday May 4 10:40am: All match times have been updated in the draws. Some matches are not as delayed as originally expected. 

Sunday May 4 9:45am: Some match times may not have the full two hour delay. We are trying to get players on court as soon as possible. Nothing before 11am. 

Sunday May 4 9:33am: We are working on updating times. We will try and text to update you. Some match times may have less than the 2-3 hour delay. Please check draws. It will take us another 30 minutes to update everything. 

Sunday May 4 9:15am 

We are working on redoing the schuedule. Please check the new schedule once it is posted. We are starting to update times now. No matches before 11am. 

Sunday May 4 8:30am: 

One more hour delay, no matches before 11:00am. Matches scheduled for 8am will be the first to go on, then 9:30am matches will go on. Check the updated times on the draws by 9:30am. 

Saturday May 3 7:30pm: Due to the forcasted rain tonight there will be a 2 hour delay for all matches tomorrow. No matches starting before 10:00am.

I have posted the scheudle for Friday evening. We are working on getting the scheudle in for the rest of the weekend. The full schedule will be up by tonight.

Registration Info: 

The system will not allow you to register for 40+ singles/doubles and then register for 18+ mixed doubles. You are able to play across these two age groups for mixed doubles. If you would like to play both, please register for your 40+ flight and then e-mail me (alex@hollowrock.com) and I can register you for 18+ mixed. Apologies for the extra step. 

Check-in Procedure:

We will have an on site tournament desk to check players in for each match. 

Players should check-in 15 minutes before their match time. 

Players will receive a text notification with court details once BOTH players have checked-in and a court is assigned.

Please note that we will begin the tournamnet on Friday afternoon starting at 4:00pm. Please be prepared to play as scheduled.

Club Policy:

Hollow Rock has a no Pet, no Smoking and no Weapon policy any violations of these policies will result in the removal from the club.

Awards will be given to champions and finalists.

We will have changing rooms with lockers for storage. Pool will not be open yet unfortunatly.

Snacks and gatorade will be provided.

Scoring Format & Draws

Draw sizes are limited to 16 for singles. If more can be accomodated a decision will be made after registrations close.

All matches will be the best two-of-three tiebreak sets with a match tiebreaker to 10 in lieu of a full third set with regular scoring. We will use the Coman tiebreaker in all tiebreakers played.

Selection Criteria

Selections will be made in accordance with the National Standings List (Top Down by Ranking).

Seeding

Seeding will be done by going off of the most recent National Standings List. If a division doesn't have corresponding standings list or we need more information to determine seeds, WTN rating will be used.
