USTA Leagues:
If there is enough interest, we would also like to sponsor one or two USTA leagues, with the possibility of advancement to regional, state, and national competition. The initial focus is on a Ladies 2.5 League, but other leagues will be considered.
We would need at least two teams of five to eight players each. Matches would be one singles and two doubles. League competition for the Ladies 2.5 League would be approximately 6 weeks, starting in April. Winners would advance to the state competition in Murfreesboro, scheduled at the end of June.
Team captains would be needed for each team, as well as a league coordinator to run the league. If you would like to play in a USTA league or if you would be willing to be a team captain or league coordinator, contact Preston Howle at PrHowle@aol.com.
