Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Classes have a warm-up, drills, games and cooldown designed to encompass a full body workout with tennis. Classes are taught by licensed cardio tennis instructors.
These one-hour classes are held with the goal of providing a high-energy, calorie burning workout. You'll want to bring lots of water and a racquet. If you don't have a racquet, please let us know and one can be provided. The class uses red dot and green dot balls to equalize playing levels while focused on heart rates and calorie burn.
