The Idaho Tennis Association is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to is to promote and develop the growth of tennis throughout southern Idaho and Ontario, OR through programs and activities that enhance the enjoyment and skill of players of all ages and abilities.  IdTA is one of six districts in the Intermountain Tennis Association.

​The ITA Section is one of seventeen sections comprising the United States Tennis Association. 

​The USTA is the governing body of tennis in the U.S. and is dedicated to the development and growth of tennis and establishes rules of play and standards of amateurism and good sportsmanship.
