In this program we strongly recommend the players to participate in at least 2 hours of tennis per day and 1 hour of fitness. Our focus to improve farther upon the basic fundamentals of every stroke and directional control of the ball. This program will loosely follow the pre-academy program. We will have 4 students to a coach for this program to offer the most tennis for each student yet offer enough time to practice their stroke swing without the ball and rest. This program is great for low level high school players and younger players with some tennis experience or participated in indoor club tennis camps. Full day option is available for this group as well with added cost due to the coach to student ratio.

The Beginner class is designed for kids 10 and older who wants to learn how to play tennis. The students in this group do not have any tennis experience or little tennis experience. The class is max 5 students per coach and will focus on developing basic strokes of forehand, backhand, volley and serve. The goal is to be able to develop the students into hitting the ball over the net from the baseline consistently through drop feed and net feed. In this program we strongly recommend the players to participate in at least 2 hours of tennis per day and 1 hour of fitness. Our focus is to develop the students into understanding the game of tennis and understand the fundamentals of each stroke.

Orange and Green ball

The Orange and Green ball classes are progression classes focused on younger players 5- to 10-year-olds. The Orange ball is the basic class for kids 5 to 7 who are ready to start tennis and use a 19” to 25” racket. The orange ball is a lighter ball and bounces lower to help with younger kids control the ball better. These kids are learning the fundamentals of tennis and strokes as well as develop foot work and ball timing. The classes will mainly focus on hand feeding the ball and running exercises. The green ball class is focused on advanced players ages 5 to 7 and beginner players 8-10. These students can hit the ball with a little power and hit from the base line. The green balls are lighter than yellow balls but firmer than orange balls. The players in orange and green ball will be encouraged to participate in every day, but every other day classes will be sufficient. The daily camp classes will focus on 1.5 hours of tennis followed by 1 hour of fitness and fitness related games. There will be 30 mins of break for fun games and rest. Those who are staying for lunch will have 1 hour of lunch time before pick up where they can socialize with their friends and peers.
