Minutes of last meeting approved as presented

Treasurers report approved as presented

Accept planned resignation as treasurer from Alex LaRue .

Randy Rexcoat approved as new treasurer effective upon Alex's resignation 

Financial Institutions and others Please Note:

• Glenda Lindekeugel, Daryl Bitting, Christina Nunez are no longer officers of NETX CTA
• Alex LaRue will finish out the year and year-end responsibilities as treasurer and resign. 
• Current officers of NETX CTA are
  • Deb McKinley, - President
  •  Randy Rexroat - treasurer
  • Edward Keyser Secretary
  • Gary Olive - Volunteer coordiator
  • Melody Wilson - Special Events
  • Karen Fisher - PR
  • Meg Robertson - Past President + Diversity, Equality and Inclusion 
• Randy Rexroat as Treasurer, along with Deb McKinley and Gary Olive will have signing privledges on the NETX CTA bank account.
