 Minutes of Meeting of Board of Directors held August 15, 2023
 Northeast Texas Coalition Tennis Association, Inc. [NETX]
 Present were: James Daly, Edward Keyser, Meg Robertson, Chris Singer
 Note: Board of Directors for 2023 are James Daly, Meg Robertson, and Chris Singer

 Meeting Called to order at 11:50am.

1.  The board confirmed, appointed and unanimously approved two new officers, Melinda Ross and Troy Dorman, effective immediately. (Troy resigned on 8/28)

 2) Officers for 2023-24 are: 

Gary Olive – Chairperson
Jim Middleton – D,E,I and special projects
Edward Keyser – Secretary
Melinda Ross – Treasurer 
Melissa Wells – Community Engagement

Brian Foster – PR
  Brian resigned September 1, 2023
Troy Dorman – Marketing and Research
  Troy Resigned August 28, 2023

 3) Addresses for NETX are:
