Board and Officers meeting at Fresh    April 26, 9 am

1. Meeting called to order

2. Standing Items:

   1. Review agenda & plan meeting

   2. Approved minutes from previous meeting

   3. Approved Treasurer's report and financial review <HL> Actuals through 2019 + budget

   4. Approved PR officer report and reports from other officers

   5. League reviews:

      1. Adult League coordinator is Judy Hooks. She will take over from Andrea who will be available for training
      2. JTT: no official JTT this year. Edward will check with Ben, JTT coordinator, to see how he's settling in. 
      3. Jim S. will continue to do USPTA leagues

   6. Hosting Sectionals plans: hosting 55&over Mixed for 2021 November 5-7

      1. Edward will complete submissions for 2022 sectionals 

   7. Bellatorium Resource Pro Classic: CTA in metroplex was (they lost their event) making $60,000 / year in fundraisers associated with event. Melody will check with new team at TASC about silent auction. 

3. Old Business

   1. Lobster news: 3/9 official approve to $4493 and return shipping.   

4. New Business

   1. 3/11: Email from WTN  ITF rolling out:  1 (pro) - 40 (beginner)  

   2. 3/14 approve informal motion to buy iGenie 

   3. 4/17 Capacity Building Grant award letter $3,200 <HL> letter 

   4. 4/19 Hope Open in October. NETX will sponsor this year at $1,500 (up from $1,000 last year)

   5. 4/22 facebook post response: discussion about personalities involved and agree on appropriate action  

   6. Approve motion regarding ALC.
