1. 12:10 Meeting called to order followed by light lunch 
2. Review agenda & plan meeting
3. Approve minutes from previous meeting
4. Treasurer's report and financial review <HL> Actuals through 2022  + budget)
   approved as presented 
5. Approve $400 for 2 pickleball nets for Faulkner
6. Hosting Sectionals plans for 2023 Nov 3, 2023,
   1. Player's Party?
   2. What's the bidding process? 
   3. Associated sportmanship award (nominatins turned in with scores)?
7. Pickleball tounament was a big success. Thanks Gary and Karen for all your hours of work!
8. Placque at TASC approve to honor Melody  <HL> note from ladies
9. Comprehensive Grant Application completed by Gary and Edward
10. Fitness and Wellness Clinics
    1. Approved to fund (6x$100 / wk)  intial six weeks Rally Against Cancer court time with Ryan at UTT.
    2. Approved funding t-shirts for participants (at end of 6 weeks)
11. 12:55 Hope Open Participation.  Keep in contact with HO team "How can we help/participate?"
12. ATP at TASC Keep in contact with ATP/TASC team "How can we help/participate?"
13. Comprehensive grant, $6,900 awarded to NETX. We agree to MOU <HL> letter pdf here 
14. Approve $100 to participate in East Texas Giving Day 
15. Gary Edward and Melissa attended the 2/11 BOTT award ceremony
16. 1:30 Next meeting is May 15th.
