2020 Annual General Meeting Minutes (March 8, 2021)

Present were: Andrea, Gary, Deb, Edward, Melody 

​​

1. 9:00 am Meeting called to order

2. USTA-TX is reorganizing Tennis service representatives
   USTA-TX will be adding more CSCs (Community Service Coordinators) and ours will change 

3. Minutes of previous meeting approved

4. Financial Report approved as presented

5. Adult leagues 18& over deadline is next Monday. Andrea will send email

   1. Adult League Coordinator [ALC]  transition this year. Andrea will keep us updated.​

   2. Motion passed to pay $15/hour for ALC training when both Andrea and the new ALC work together.

6. JTT: Welcome Ben Randall as new JTT coordinator. ​

7. Local news on transition at local clubs: Hollytree, Jim retiring. TAS: Rob Lowe is D.of T. 

8. Hosting Sectional 55 & over Mixed Love. 5-7:  Too early to plan

9. 9:22 all email and text motions passed since last meeting approved

10. Opportunity with Lobster ball machine bought for Faulkner last year

    1. Motion to proceed with litigation if necessary to solve the opportunity. 

11. Board and officers will remain the same for 2021.​

12. Tyler CTA annual general meeting

13. Next meeting is April 26 at 9am
